Jeff Dickson is the CEO and strategy partner at ALLOY. With nearly 20 years of experience across a broad range of industries (F500, nonprofit, SMB), Jeff advises organizations around the world on strategic growth opportunities. Typical initiatives include strategic planning, marketing and branding, change management, and leadership.
Jeff is also one of the principal researchers and author of ALLOY’s intellectual property “Non Routine Leadership”. Born out of a research study that began in 2016, the Non Routine Leadership™ model has since been expanded, tested and adopted by multiple academic universities and Fortune 500 organizations across the country in order to improve critical sensemaking skills for today’s non routine challenges. In addition to his full-time management consulting, Jeff also carries this energy into the classroom at Otterbein University, Liberty University, Columbus College of Art and Design, as well as various nonprofits; developing capacity for business strategy, research, marketing, innovation and, ultimately, supporting Jeff’s personal mission to equip fearless leaders for today and tomorrow.
