I am a retired computer programmer / business owner after 30 years in the business. My technological interests include Knowledge Engineering and using the Internet for collaborating on topics like "Global Sensemaking".
Other interests include writing (fiction and non-fiction), gadgets (especially PDAs like the Palm Treo), and rural living (I love the fresh air and views of rural Missouri!).
I like what I've observed about this website - it is a community of like minds that I think I will enjoy participating with.
I found out about this community by reading an email about the "Do Good Gauge", a project that member Scott Nesler wrote about. The project interested me, and I found my way here through a link at the bottom of the project page.
