Douglass,
Reading from your blog: The problem of commercial culture is that it is confrontational, a form of theft. And when nations imitate this as the goal of life we are at tribal warfare, not civilization. The life of nations should not be a market competitions with weapons as a way to obtain market share. I am gathering that your interests in global sensemaking come from the participant's perspective more than from a toolbuilder's perspective.
If that is anywhere near an appropriate first guess, then, by all means, feel free to comment on how the tools and methods of sensemaking and hypermedia discourse discussed here and at the wiki augment your inquiry. If not, then please engage in the dialogues anyway!
