I’m Ankur Teredesai, Associate Professor at the Institute of Technology, University of Washington, Tacoma.
I’m curious about how large distributed knowledge networks such as social networks evolve and act as information markets. Currently, I’m studying how intelligent algorithms can be designed to improve our understanding of link-analysis, trust and information cascades. I use data mining and pattern recognition techniques as my tools to develop these algorithmic solutions.
